This project involves a complete kitchen remodel with a new layout, addition of patio doors, removal of a load-bearing wall, new flooring throughout the kitchen and adjacent areas, installation of a bar, structural modifications including a beam, upgraded lighting, and a custom laundry chute, along with a subpanel upgrade.
